On August 1st & 2nd, join big table farm, Hazelfern, Hundred Suns, and Walter Scott at Brasada Ranch, just outside of Bend, Oregon for a weekend of Chardy Party fun!

Tickets are available for individual nights. Friday is the classic Chardy Party format, and Saturday is a fancy pants seated dinner featuring paired dinner courses.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 1ST: Join us at Brasada Ranch outside of Bend, Oregon for a good ole-fashioned Willamette Valley Chardy Party! Chef Karl Holl from Brasada’s Wild Rye will be shucking oysters and frying up buckets of finger lickin’ chicken. We’ll also have all the ranch fixins too. In the spirit of Chardy Party, feel free to bring a special bottle (any variety) you’ve been collecting and want to share on the collector’s bar.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 2ND: The party moves from the classic Chardy Party format to a fancy pants ranch dinner featuring big table farm, Hazelfern, Hundred Suns, Walter Scott, served with paired courses by Chef Karl Holl, and Guest Chef Brett Uniss from McMinnville’s acclaimed Humble Spirit and The Ground.
